We also offer a 24/7 absence registration service by phone through our multi-award winning call centre partner, Lemon Contact Solutions, and undertake consultancy to help clients solve complex absence issues. We also partner with a wide range of suppliers of complementary services and solutions, including, but not limited to, Occupational Health (OH); employee benefits; wellbeing providers; Human Resource training and consultancy; and employee and team testing to help improve productivity, workplace relations, and quality.

Engage has been proven to dramatically improve sickness absence levels leading to cost savings, happier and healthier workforces, and more productive clients through increased efficiency and productivity.

As a company, Honeydew continues to grow its dedicated team of professional, passionate, and friendly members and is in a position where we are trusted by several large multinationals to help them with their absence management solution. Through our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution of the cloud-based Engage software, we also continue to help small businesses up and down the country manage absences and holidays.

The Honeydew partnership programme is aimed at organisations and advisors in the following fields:

It presents them with an opportunity to grow their business through adding an additional revenue stream with very little effort, capitalising on their existing relationships with clients to deliver a trusted solution to help manage absence.

All you will need to do, is contact your partnership programme manager at Honeydew to pass over the lead to us (subject to the Terms and Conditions). From there we will book a demo with your client, negotiate, and close the sale.

This means fewer distractions for your sales team, as they can focus on selling your products, not add-on services that they do not understand.

In short:

– Any leads you provide to Honeydew must be new and exclusive. This means that we are not already engaged with the lead; nor has the lead been provided by you or your organisation to a competing absence management solution provider. The lead is not a current client; nor have they previously been – or are currently – in discussions with Honeydew Health to provide absence management or other services to them.

We operate on a sliding scale, which means that the more business you send our way the more you'll be able to earn. And, unlike some competitors, our programme keeps on giving for several years allowing you to sit back and watch as your additional revenues grow without you having to do anything.

Contact your partner programme contact at Honeydew with the details of your client, who you believe would be a good prospect for our absence management solutions (software or fully managed). If we don't already have your client's organisation in our CRM software, it will become a qualified referral, entitling you to commission on a successful sale and implementation of our services with the client.
