24/7 Attendance ManagementThis service is designed to record all employee absences completely and accurately. When an employee goes absent from work they can choose to either:
- sign into to the “engage” website and log their absence details
including any updates throughout as well as their return to work, or
- use the Honeydew absence registration service as their first point of
contact. Call handlers use a script tailored to our clients’ needs to
gather and record relevant data that is stored on a secure database.
Once the absence has been registered, the relevant managers are
immediately notified through email and text.
